Rule Books, Newsletters, and Addendum's
Here are the rulebooks with their newsletters and addendum's. You will need the newsletters and addendums along with the rulebooks in your rally kits for each rally. These are large files so I have a link to the website pdf. You can read it there, print it or download it. Clicking on the links below will not automatically download the file to your hard drive. These are also available for purchase through the USPC Bookstore!
